Hello, I’m Karen Dougherty.
Leadership Coach
I am the Chief Operating Officer at Discount Inboard Marine, LLC. We sell engine parts for tournament ski boats and we Add Power to Lives, worldwide. My life is filled with purpose to add value to others. Purpose is the engine that drives our life! I didn’t always know my purpose. In my 20’s, I wondered if all there was to life was a good job, a good marriage and a good time because I had all that and it was not good enough.
But then, in my early 30’s I got consistent reading the Bible for the first time in my life and it revolutionized my life! I became fully persuaded that Jesus IS The Way and The Truth and The Life! So, 20 years ago, I got baptized while 8 months pregnant and dedicated my life to knowing Jesus through His Word. Since then, God has been faithful to give me: Truth to stand on, Purpose to fulfill and Power to run His Course day by day!
